Zuller-Moyer Family Record
Title
Zuller-Moyer Family Record
Description
Henry Moyer created this and other decorative family records for relations and neighbors in New York. Most of his records, like this one made for the Zuller-Moyer family, featured a central heart shape commemorating a marriage, flanked on either side by smaller hearts that represented the husband and wife’s children. Moyer included several Masonic symbols on this record, suggesting that Abraham Zuller (b. 1782) had a connection to the fraternity.
