Description

Israel Thorndike Hunt included these drawings in a book of Scottish Rite rituals that he transcribed in 1869. THis one shows a candidate for the 7th degree wearing his apron and collar. A native of Nashua, New Hampshire, Hunt received his medical degree from Harvard in 1870 and practiced in Charlestown, Massachusetts, for many years.
