Modern Campaigns

Candidates continue to use objects to convey their identities and ideals today during political campaigns.  While handkerchiefs like the ones from the 1800s are no longer in vogue, t-shirts, pins, bobble heads and glass and ceramic items remain popular.  These items continue to allow Americans to show support for a political candidate.
